A separate kettle of fish is the new 10% Rural earmark in #NRPP.
• If it is to replace what EAFRD does, it is too little.
• If its only for rural beyond farming, it is way more than at present.
And still no earmarking for urban, while waiting for the Agenda for Cities proposal…. 2/2

Call it a Single Fund…or is it like the Common Provisions Regulation…or is it simply like the previous Common Strategic Framework merged with CAP Strategic Plans? I think we have seen all this before. And always to remember that EC sets out ground rules but then it is Ministries that apply them.#MFF
