Sera, if I ever witness such behaviour, then of course I call it out. But I cannot be everywhere, randomly appearing in cities the second a dalish elf interacts with a city elf. Having said that, Deshanna raised me to consider that all elves are equal in the eyes of the All-Mother, Mythal.
