in regards to her eyes, She has a strong fondness for her glowing yellow liminal ring. She sees it as a blessing from the Dawn Father himself and proof that shes special. She believes her strength as a caster comes from this blessing.

Because Numira was mistaken as dragonkin and almost killed for it, I'd imagine she loathes the scales on her body. She dresses in a way to show as little skin as possible
in stressful situations she'd pull her hood down to cover the scales on her face as a means to soothe herself
