im angry at nobody all i want to do is sleep and im having another moment of “wow i really want to quit my job”

I feel at a loss for what to do with my campaign, I don’t want to talk to a lot of people but I keep getting this deep feeling of being left out and alone and I feel sick with just this isolation thats all self inflicted

thats not true i dont hate everything im just so burnt out and tired and exhausted i want to sleep for a while i wish the world would just stop for a bit
