Yep #EpistemologyMatters, but it's sorely neglected. Just caring others and about the world isn't enough. You also need to understand the world well. Using evidence and reason is the best way.

You might be lucky and be gifted a good one by your parents / society...?
But I agree, the commitment to examining our own worldviews seems an important part of a good worldview.
Hence the "evidence and reason" commitment of Sentientism. Being passive isn't enough.
