No such right was written into the Constitution. Even the cited portion of the Declaration accuses the King of encouraging Indians to attack them, not that he isn't letting the colonies genocide.

"and excluding Indians not taxed.." That clearly implies a document that expects:
1. Some Indians to be untaxed hence not part of the Constitutional system.
2. Some that are and would be.
Document doesn't say anything like "till we eliminate all of them".

The personality cult aspect of this is blatant. We all know if he changed his mind about Trump, all in the sudden they would 'discover' all his songs about strippers and hedonism and declare him demonic and evil.

People 300 years ago were living their lives. They were not setting up 'foundations of 2026'. They did a lot of things, some they waxed about in long philosophical tomes, others they just did without comment. What we choose to take from them is a present day choice.

I think this is a much better criticism than the angry nerd bros. But I would like to hear what is the mechanism that allows good stuff to happen? How did DS9 happen in an era of Dynasty? How did Andor happen in an era of Mando S3?

Of course something else I suspect is that retail has Amazon envy. If the in person shopping experience is annoying so people shift to the app they get the data and save on the labor.

The last one would have some poorly edited scenes stolen from the first for the first few minutes and then the plot would use a time portal to set the rest of the movie in modern day LA
