My son saw Sir Paul McCartney last night. My first McCartney show was when I was 18 and Paul was 48. I remember thinking at the time that he put on a great show for an old guy. Paul's now 83, still rocking, and I'm older than Paul was when I first saw him! 😭😄

I would steal from The Blues Brothers and use their version of Can't Turn You Loose. It works great for them, so I know it will work great for me. (Would MLB let me handcuff my bat to my wrist?)

I just learned that the guy I've bought comic books from for 35 years passed away this week. I feel like I've lost a member of my family. 😢

About 3 weeks ago I ran into my doctor at a social event. I've never met the man outside of his office before. Today I have a doctor's appointment. This is going to be awkward isn't it? Or am I just going to make it awkward? (I'm really not looking forward to this.)

Hey @infinata.bsky.social Sorry to pester you with a SW, but can you help me out? We all grew up knowing that 3 yrs passed between ANH & TESB (we're about the same age), but HOW did we as kids know this? I found parts about Luke's age in the novelizations, but was the timejump mentioned elsewhere?
