Reminds me of when I was really into karate back in the early 90s, I’d get these catalogs for uniforms, pads, nunchakus, etc.

When I was a kid in 1979 my dad worked for the cable company, and he managed to get ahold of a bootleg of Star Wars on 3/4” tape, he had to borrow a tape deck too, because consumer VHS wasn’t really a thing a that point
Took 3 tapes cause they only held 3min, also the aspect ratio was squished
