It's best to look at the maximum allotted time in life (~80 years) as a time limit to do things you enjoy. Anything that cuts it short is a lost enjoyed day of painting, eating, talking, etc.

Try Frieren or Re:Zero.
Frieren is a great show with slow moments, fun characters, and a plot that is a tear jerker while being relaxing.
Re:Zero is one of the better Iseaki's and has some very interesting plot twists.
