I just reread Kaiju No. 8 in about 4 days. It is a decent manga and a fairly standard action series but still it is a 7 at best.

I used this video as my music and inspiration to deadlift 405 lbs yesterday.
I cried a lot during this week's episode of #MyHeroAcademia it made me so happy to see one of my favorite chapters animated. I love the fact his mom who is always afraid for him is cheering him on too.

I told my son I was disappointed I didn't get to do some posing and photos of my figures during the Thanksgiving break because I had so much house work and things to do. His response was do it when you have a break from work. He then proceeds to ask me any time I am free to play. No free time left

I feel like anymore I can't succeed in weight loss. It is just hard to get things under control with stress and lack of sleep screwing up my eating habits and appetite.
I still hit the gym 3 times a week and try to exercise bike 1+ hours a day.
It is annoying.
