Always proud to support our first responders. Honored to join yesterday’s groundbreaking ceremonies for the new Pembroke Public Safety Headquarters and Fire Department Substation. These investments will provide Pembroke with the facilities they need to keep our community safe.

As Chair of Agriculture and Fisheries, it’s important to hear directly from farmers, growers, and wineries so we can better support them. Yesterday, I toured farms in the South Coast to meet with producers and see their work firsthand.

Cape Cod is at the heart of our housing crisis. We passed the Affordable Homes Act, the biggest housing investment in state history, and FY26 boosts public housing by nearly $3M. As Section 8 is threatened, we’re stepping up. Grateful to MassNAHRO for their tireless work.

Proud to stand with the Brain Aneurysm Foundation and honor its lifesaving work. Investing in research and supporting groups like this keeps Massachusetts leading in medical breakthroughs, bringing more hope and lives saved. Thanks to Steve Triffletti for organizing this event!

Governor Healey announced MA is the 1st state to guarantee insurance coverage for vaccines recommended by public health experts, insuring residents have access to life-saving, evidence-based care as Trump rolls back healthcare.

Another two fantastic listening sessions! Thank you to everyone who came out to share their concerns in Sandwich and Falmouth.

Yesterday we had another great day in the District. I stopped by the Plymouth Boys & Girls Club before heading to our listening tour stop in Pembroke. Finally, wrapped the day with a drop in visit with the Pembroke Town Democrats!

We then jotted over to Mashpee town hall to meet town manager Rodney Collins,and finished the day with George “Bud” Dunham’s office in Sandwich!

Another exciting day in the district! Started off meeting with Falmouth town Manager Mike Renshaw. Then we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Upper Coonamesstt River Restoration project. Our first listening session in Mashpee was a success!

I Kicked off the day meeting with the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce to discuss the needs and priorities of our vibrant Cape business community!

Today we remembered Jimmy Carter, whose life was defined by humility, service, and commitment to justice. From serving as President to his work with Habitat for Humanity and The Carter Center, he showed us true leadership is about compassion, integrity, and lifting up others.

Massachusetts is stepping up on behalf of residents to ensure regulation and oversight of the private healthcare industry. We are capping prescription drug copays at $25 and enhancing oversight to ensure patients are protected. Health care should prioritize people, not profits.

Our office is committed to hitting the ground running to ensure that the issues and concerns of our community are front and center at the State House this year.

Excited to have been sworn in on New Year's Day to represent the eight towns of the Plymouth & Barnstable District! This district is my home, and I am committed to solving the challenges we face to make it a thriving, affordable, and sustainable place for future generations.
