The picture is a meme featuring a giraffe weevil (Trachelophorus giraffa) photoshopped onto a picture of leaves. Almost all the top half of the image is taken up by a caption for the image saying "Bro your long ass neck is covering the caption". Giraffe weevils have extremely long necks and this one's is almost twice the length of the body it belongs to. It is indeed covering part of the caption.

Grabbing an after-work beer at this dive crustpunk bar, the bartender and I were in a silent standoff. A dude sits beside me, and the bartender snaps, "no, get out." The guy protests, "I'm just a paying customer," but the bartender, reaching for who knows what under the counter, insists, "out, now." The dude leaves, yelling. Curious, I ask the bartender what went down. He reveals the guy had Nazi symbols on his vest, a punk in disguise. The bartender explains it's crucial to nip that stuff in the bud—polite at first, but it escalates. Ignore their reasonable arguments, he says, because their end goal is to spread hate. Lesson learned, and back to bartender silence.
