It makes no sense that state and local governments can ask U.S. Marshals for help arresting criminals and searching for missing kids, but Tribes can't.
I wrote the Tribal Warrant Fairness Act with @SenMullin to give Tribes equal access to the law enforcement resources they need.

When you have to pay more for your morning coffee, remember that Donald Trump hiked up tariffs on coffee imports. These tariffs won't even create any jobs because we can't grow coffee in large quantities in America.

If Republicans in Congress don't act, it's everyday Nevada families that will pay the price.

The Nevada National Guard should be focused on protecting our national security and responding to emergencies like natural disasters, not assisting with President Trump’s indiscriminate mass deportations that are hurting hardworking Nevada families.
