Until Starbucks comes to the table in good faith, you can bet the only red cup you'll see me with will be a tea from Wawa. I hope you'll do the same.

Senator Nick Miller is from over in the Lehigh Valley, so I had to give him one of Lancaster’s famous Long John donuts when he came to help me host a policy hearing on protecting private water wells.

Thanks for working with me to look out for our neighbors, Senator. Come again soon!

Many, many people in Lancaster rely on private well water for their drinking water. I invited Policy Chair Nick Miller to host a hearing in Columbia on Friday so we could hear from experts and stakeholders about ways to protect their water. (1/2)

There are approximately 38,000 private water wells in Lancaster & about 3.5 million people across PA who rely on wells. That's why I asked Policy Chair Nick Miller to join me in hosting a hearing to discuss how we can safeguard residential water wells & protect the health of people who use them.

Today, we honor the men and women who have served our nation in uniform. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedom deserve our gratitude.

Take time to thank a veteran today and listen to their stories.

May we continue to strive to be a nation worthy of their sacrifice.

Yesterday, my office hosted a Veterans Day breakfast with State Representative Nikki Rivera to honor and thank the brave men and women in our community who have served our nation in uniform. Although I was disappointed to miss it while recovering from a cold...

I introduced legislation to ban lawmakers from accepting cash gifts or any gifts exceeding $50 from a single source. As lawmakers, I think it's our job to demonstrate that we work for the people back home, not wealthy people and their lobbyists who are seeking to buy influence.

What do you think?

It was good to meet with Emily and Nelson from Teach Plus Pennsylvania today and learn more about the mission of their organization. Like these two, I believe it’s important to have the voices of teachers involved in discussions about strengthening and adequately funding our public schools.
