5. Castles of Burgundy
A very classic euro-style game. I love the dice-mechanic in this game, preventing you from just playing the same way every time. But I wish the Ravensburger edition were 15-20% bigger, as a lot of tiles are hard to read.

Heat!
I never played a game that felt so much like actual racing just be using cards and clever rules. It's easy but offers depth and just plain fun. Sadly I don't own a copy so I'm having to bug my brother to lend his to me - over and over again.

LotR:Duel
I loved 7 Wonds Duel, and this is the same game but 75% better - better components, larger cards (!), cooler flavor, streamlined rules - it has everything I could have asked for. The rules are easy to understand, but it offers so many ways to win. 10/10

My Island!
I loved MyCity and MyIsland is the sequel that changed just enough - it uses hex-tiles instead of "tetris"-style pieces, but the core game play is rather similar. My wife and I really enjoyed the legacy aspect of MyCity and MyIsland is more of the same

ARCS!
I love Arcs - the cute but grim, spacey illustrations, the trick-tacking core, the pieces - it's just so cool. It's mean, I rarely win but I have fun every time and want to play it so much more - if it wouldn't take so long.
