I support BART but this narrative is cockeyed. Today’s shutdown was an operations failure— Nothing to do with money. What efficiencies has BART implemented in the past 5 years with ridership cut in 1/2? Yet staffing increased in same time. ⁦‪⁦‪@jilltucker‬⁩
