Thrilled to attend the ribbon cutting this morning for the new Goodwill McKees Rocks Opportunity Center! This partnership between the Allegheny Co Housing Authority & Goodwill of SWPA will increase opportunities by strengthening workforce development in the community.

I applaud the Pittsburgh Riverhounds organization led by owner Tuffy Shallenberger, for committing to such a substantial investment in Highmark Stadium, home to a professional team on the rise with a rabid fan base. This can be a big part of the next great renaissance in our region!

I was thrilled to be at the Allegheny YMCA this morning as they kickoff extensive renovations to the facility. Congrats to all involved in putting this together! I was proud to help secure more than $4 million towards the project. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
