Because of changes at the federal level, SNAP recipients may need to meet new work requirements in order to continue receiving benefits. The Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit is a big, big deal. Senate Democrats are so proud that this year's budget includes a brand new $193 million program to put money right back into the pockets of hardworking families who qualify for the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit.

The Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit Calculator is LIVE! Thanks to this new program created in the 2025-26 PA Budget, Pennsylvanians who receive the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit are eligible for a state tax credit as well! This is money right back in YOUR pocket.
