In terms of reposts, I also don't like resharing my old work, since I prefer for my profile to be less cluttered. I definitely discovered some great artists and old pieces through them, but it also makes it harder to keep up with the new posts of the people I do follow.

I'd like to participate in themed art trains similar to the snowball fight, since they'd give me an opportunity to create something new outside my comfort zone.  (Though I don't have enough people to tag-)

One of the things I'm looking forward to after a new song release is seeing different artists' take on the original cover art. I'm really liking how the expression of your oc lets their demeanour shine through, while the art itself is still very reminiscent of the original cover!

Agreed! It's definitely an engaging way of introducing characters, and all the art I've seen has been so diverse.

This is probably my favourite way of discovering new artists.

I'm also someone who isn't satisfied with their work most of the time. 
Interestingly enough, I'm way more motivated to study some art fundamentals because of that lately.

I definitely do that too, but I end up having to draw and redraw everything regardless- 
So it's still very impressive!

Foreshortening with that confidence is what I aspire to do- 
It's always inspiring to see other artists' creation process!

I love designing and redesigning characters, but when it's time to make a proper reference sheet, I'll avoid it like the plague-
