People talk a lot about the Chicago Two Flat. What about the "Detroit" Two Flat? Less common unfortunately but still all over certain parts of the city. You should be able to build one of these on any residential property in Detroit

Very much a work in progress. The new road tools make building real cities a lot faster. The assets dont help, but I'm just playing the game while only building real roads. Should I add the highways or restablish the old grid?
