I never realised how different a couple of stone would be. These photos are only 2 months apart.
I realised this morning when putting my uniform on how loose it was fitting. But wow!

I done the overnight bus to London, for 1 day, and it was a glorious day to explore. The Uber Boat was an excellent way to see London down the Thames!

Been let loose at a stall today. I’ll be chatting to people in their workplace reception today about #alcohol at Work and offering screenings on risk levels. Already done a few #ABI screenings & offered harm reduction advice @alcoholchangeuk.bsky.social @thegca.bsky.social #AlcoholAwarenessWeek

The office view and the colleague today. I had a fantastic time supporting fellow volunteers to extricate a casualty from a tight space, a locked toilet cubicle in a stadium toilet. Using problem solving skills and communication to safely move someone.
