Right now? It feels like those who serve are invisible, forgotten behind the noise of negotiations and headlines. But we are still here. Still working. Still holding our teams together. Still supporting the American people. Still giving everything we have.

For many of us, this isn’t just numbers on a budget. This is our lives. I’ve served nearly 20 years — leading, building, coaching, protecting, improving systems, and supporting people. I’ve shown up every day because I believe in the mission.
