I've dug myself into a deep hole with no way out of it. I'm quite literally drowning. I can't afford bills. I can't afford therapy or doctor visits and am barely scraping by to get medication and groceries. (5/?)

I went from being full-time employed to part-time to where I can barely manage to get out of bed most mornings. This has impacted my financial situation severely negatively. (4/?)

I quiet literally wake up every single day and debate about whether or not I should even bother staying alive. I feel emotions on a much more intense scale than an average person. Sadness, Disappointment and Failure literally feel like a death sentence to me. (3/?)
