I HEAVILY curated my feed so it's still full of people I like to learn from, but attendance definitely dropped off (understandably)

Maybe it is, I have no other place to compare it to- where I train, people do not understand that. And they are rarely understanding even after I explain what it means. So it’s very frustrating!

I know evolution is evolution, and not worsening. My colleagues who don’t routinely read their own images don’t and it creates a big problem because it is ALWAYS interpreted as worsening and I’m on the hook for not treating the dead as an emergency.

Totally- however evolution isn’t worsening. What it does do is worry those who don’t know what it means. I think the more patient facing medical records become, the more we need to be mindful of how medical terms can be interpreted.
