This is only a 25 min workout but I'm really proud that I'm able to get up to and maintain higher heart rates for a little bit now 🥹

I'm 2 months into a calorie deficit, and since I ended up wearing the same outfit today, I thought I'd post a little progress.
Dress is noticeably baggier now and hangs a lot better. I'd plateaued a little bit recently on the scales, but being able to SEE the weight loss is so inspiring!!

Dress is noticeably baggier now and hangs a lot better. I'd plateaued a little bit recently on the scales, but being able to SEE the weight loss is so inspiring!!
