a lot of it is trying to avoid sitting for long periods. the human body apparently functions a lot better when standing then sitting, so it can be better for blood flow, digestion, chronic pain, etc. i do NOT have the leg strength to stand for longer than ten minutes though 🫣

oh i just grabbed those because i wanted some tiny buns to put them on. any sort of roll or bun will probably work just as well 😌
