I doubt Xi invades Taiwan. Short short version:
- Yes, under Trump, Xi can bet that the US doesn't come to Taiwan's aid; however:
- Taiwan is a manufacturing powerhouse, and you better believe they have a zillion missiles and drones;
- You can't move that many people that quickly across the ocean.
