Have been fidddling with this for a week and a half through local and cloud based installs with @hf.co and it’s been incredible!! Talk about #Innovation!
Interesting that it uses the self learning approach: "DeepSeek.. runs queries at just $0.14 per million tokens compared to OpenAI's $7.50.. DeepSeek R1's code and training methods are..open source under the MIT license, meaning anyone can grab the model, use it and modify it without restrictions."
