I don't like going to the (Kroger owned) grocery store, standing in the salsa section for a few seconds, deciding not to buy salsa, then seeing this on YouTube a few hours later. There are probably still cool ways for tech to interact with the real world, surveillance capitalism isn't it.

There are probably millions of people in the world who would enjoy having a conversation with one another, but we’ve somehow optimized for lonely folks talking to AI. We’ll figure it out someday though

My takeaway from watching Tron: Aries is this. If Disney has Jodie Turner-Smith under contract they might as well go ahead and cast her for Storm in X-men, she was one my top 5 for the role.

Not much of a gamer but when you have a health bar that slowly regenerates after you get hit, that’s me after enough heavy social interaction. And there’s no problem with that
