Is anyone backing up NOAA's historical weather data?
NOAA site hosted a HUGE trove of historic weather data in CSV format from stations all over the country. I'm sure that's down. Anyone know whether that got backed up before it was too late?

OK, what happens if I try to install W11 on my 9-year-old, "non-upgradeable" HP Envy and the process bricks the device? Does that ever happen? I am worried about the end of official W10 security updates, and I don't know where to look for unofficial ones.
