In my experience this is often overlooked when performing risk assessments by infosec people who dive into their security posture
Yes being a victim of a 3rd party data breach sucks but if they are abusing your data it's happening every day

Just to be contrarian, I think they do care. Probably not as much as the die hard sanctions people think but the reason these releases are so vehemently denied by Beijing is because they care. It will also affect the individuals indicted, if I was at the GCSB I wouldn't want to be indicted by China

NBA/NFL/NHL etc diluted by too many teams, having the talent concentrated on two sides makes the games (elections) more competitive. Fraud LeBron never even wins the conference finals (party primary) in politics let alone win multiple rings (presidential terms)

Given the legal action from chengdu404 and that they seem to be in financial trouble maybe they are chucking it out before they go bust. I'd still put money on disgruntled employee though

It's odd Argentina doesn't have any active ransomware groups (AFAIK non-expert here); they have plenty technical capability, a poor economy/lack of job opportunities and government instability
