This just happened when I met Wyll and it’s the first time seeing this in my many Dark Urge playthroughs. The only thing I did different now was telling Sceleritas Fel that I look forward to more deaths, so maybe that’s what triggered this. Very cool though.

It’s objectively fucked up that durge is really good at medical stuff, but all the (ahem) training has simply prepared them for helping the ilithid cat.
