Ah, you knew her too. So tragic. We had a little group chat on IG that she was a very active member of, and every time I open it and see her profile pic there’s that realisation that she’ll never message again. Unbelievable. Though she will continue to speak to us through her art!

That’s such a cool ‘real life’ way to work! And I’m sure it’s amazing to listen to your own work and have all those memories of where and how you collected the material. (I sampled a prepared piano once with friend and the songs it went into always make think of the good laugh we had that day!)

Such a pleasant surprise, love it! Just had a listen and found the experience genuinely relaxing. (Which never happens when I listen to stuff that's DESIGNED to make you relax! 😂) May I ask what the origin of your sounds is. Are they mostly samples? Everything sounds so beautifully analog.

Oh I get it, low sugar! I thought you get them from eating sugar. In my experience, a chocolate bar can prevent or end a crash state, so I'm not willing to give up sugar, even if it's detrimental long term. I'm being as reasonable as I can, but sometimes I just need that burst of available energy!

It's such a puzzle! So the sugar shakes feel like actual anxiety, rather than just being hyper (underneath the fatigue)?

Ah, I see. I've read mixed reports re keto on Insta. I've tried several diet changes, none of which have made a positive difference. For instance reducing carbs (without going full keto) just leaves me hypoglycaemic and then I panic!

I think even when something's not your dream job, when it's your business it's close to the heart, right? Are the other two carrying on? I should've stopped sooner, too! Everyone told me to 'keep going' and 'do my best'. I kept pushing till I was half dead...

Well, the stuff I've been posting here is from before the pandemic (except the Severance tune). I can't sing & play anymore, too short of breath, and shaky hands. It was, in fact, during the shoot for that blue video, that I noticed something was wrong. I was too exhausted from too little movement!
