I'd also add the function names should sound like an action (in many cases a single verb). In GDScript I feel this is even more important since you're using snake case (ew).

I try to make sure nothing in my code is abbreviated unless it is obvious what it means. It has the benefit of reducing the need to comment as much.

It doesn't help that AAA games are so damn expensive. These executives are trying to replace their employees with AI but there are inherent issues with machine learning that can never be overcome. These executives are too ignorant and too obsessed with growth.

I really appreciate the breakdown of the design. It's cool to see generally how the systems work as I can envision how I would program them. I love immersive sims to death, and I plan on checking your demo.
