Today I misread a "Line Forms Here" sign as "Life Forms Here". How was your day?

Honestly it feels pretty fair that there are so many headlines worried about the pseudo-intelligence of AI given how many headlines there are about the pseudo-intelligence of humanity.

Most stupid thing about 'smart glasses' is that they cannot do the one thing people would pay for. Glasses with visual focus and clarity real time based on context, replacing my 3 pairs of glasses I have to use now. They just want to put screens where you can't look away. www.cnn.com/2025/06/14/t...

Maybe the word "game-changing" is so ubiquitous in marketing because none of us know what game we're playing... We just know we'd like a different one, thanks very much.

Did anyone actually get a lesson on "life is full of entropy, if you don't fight against it things _will_ get worse" growing up? I feel like it's easy to discover accidentally once you're an adult, but the impact of it would be best felt on those younger.
