Saw a ghost

yesterday i walked silver lake > little bangladesh > mid city > the length of ballona creek to playa vista. love to walk to the ocean and feel/smell the changes in the air as I go #mywalk

My walking around update for 2024/2025 ... starting to really fill in the trails in griffith park, hunting down streets in my neighborhood that I haven't been down yet, etc. Not pictured: a couple days' hiking in the puente hills, two weeks hiking in Utah in 2024
A map depicting every place I've walked in Los Angeles since ~2020. Each indigo line on the map is the path of a walk I've taken. The locus of activity is in Silver Lake and East Hollywood, spidering out into Griffith Park, Burbank, Downtown, Mt Washington, Mid-city, the Verdugo Mountains and about half a dozen hikes out to the Pacific shoreline (Venice Beach, Santa Monica etc). A view of the whiting forest motorway on the north side of the verdugo mountains various vehicular guts (connected cases and piping) lay against a bright weathered yellow wall. A closed adjoining garage door carries cryptic auto-repair related labels
