thanks for thinking of our bees! I will say 1 thing, planting local native flowering plants and trees is the best thing for all of our insects. While bees and butterflies do use and love non-native veg, they have evolved to use the natives. Timing of the blooms and nutritional profile is important!

deer are browsers, they really can’t digest hay though fresh growing alfalfa is tolerable. we have a lot of moose in my neck of the woods, they eat all trees and shrubs, i try to plant their favorite food out at the perimeter of my yard to encourage them to eat over there instead of over here!

can only hope the members of guard units will refuse to carry out unconstitutional and illegal acts.
