We had all three in South Florida in the '80s. I remember going to them for all my G.I. Joe stuff. My dad also made me go to all 3 to see if the Genesis was lower than the MSRP of $189 because he was convinced the stores were colluding to fix the price, lol.

In Puerto Rico, TRU was the only big box toys store, but malls also had Gitty's Toys, which was basically a local chain that competed in malls with KB.

Your work has been incredibly beneficial to what I do. I've gotten a ton of information and images from it, and I have so much that I plan to use but haven't gotten to yet. I appreciate all that you do! You're awesome and everyone should know it.
