In the burrow, you’ll find pollen and you'll find larvae.

Some scientific literature suggests that if you go deep enough, you could stumble upon the Mines of Moria (Tolkien, J.R.R, 1954).

There are several mining bees that inhabit our coast - from the genus colletus, and adrena.

They’re mostly solitary, but live in large aggregations, with each bee mining a burrow in soft coastal banks associated with coastal heathlands.
