Well, I guess so because we are pressing 28 lbs of apples into cider (then fermemting some into hard cider, then apple cider vinegar) and hanging the last set of herbs to dry

Oh and she loves the dresses. She tried one on and it fits perfectly. I haven't seen which she plans to wear yet, but I couldn't be happier.
I just knew with the ring coming in late there wouldn't really be time to find a dress without panicking. So I'm really proud I thought of that.

We planted snow oyster mushroom spawn this spring and it's finally cold enough for our first flush! I can't wait to eat these gorgeous tiny friends

My wife went to measure the barn in the stall (we gotta upgrade it because whoops we have more ducklings coming next week, update forthcoming) and I was trying to hang out with our Dalmatian but apparently he's avoiding me???

I didn't know French Toulouse got so much lighter as they matured but theoretically she'll be similar to our utlity toulouse named Callisto (below)
I love geese so much. They are such majestic and powerful animals and ours is so good at taking care of the ducks and keeping an eye on predators.

Happy birthday! I am so glad you exist. My wife and I got three more goslings so our mature goose wouldn't be lonely and they are so so cute. Much bigger than this now and starting to scream as they find their voices which is...alarming but very very sweet.

We ordered two goslings from the same local place we got our girl Callisto (below), but it seems like the northeast has *struggled* with hatch rates this year so they had to cancel.
Callisto loves her ducks but she got a little...lonely this mating season...

You can actually kinda see a tiny pip (the first little hole the duckling makes to get oxygen through for their fight to hatch) right at the tip of the arrow in this one

I hope this isn't overstepping... we have a guard goose named Callisto (after Xena's enemy lol) She is amaaaaazing at dealing with threats and I have to treat her like a superior officer (taking off my hat and sunglasses, avoiding eye contact, being quiet, etc). She is my hero lol
