Sadly, there is indeed nobody to ask. Kevin is the only person and he doesn't use social media and never really has.

If you wish to join the Discord server, discord.gg/modmydevice is the URL for you to use to join. It's what used to be the official Nova Support server, but we now do a lot of other stuff.

I certainly could be wrong, but Kevin is working by himself, has nobody running support or answering support emails. It would be really hard to get a release out, and even if he did, hard to hear about bugs/issues and such with nobody to answer the support stuff and report back to him.

Again, this is all my personal opinion of course, but because Branch laid off 120+ individuals, including everyone that was working on Nova except Kevin himself(they couldn't lay him off due to the contract), I don't think we'll ever see another update to Nova.

I would urge you to join the Mod My Device Discord(what used to be the official Nova Launcher Support Discord), for other 3rd party launcher information. We branded for obvious reasons and the server is now all about modding any device, and isn't Nova specific.

Also, I assume you know we all got laid off from Branch/Nova back on August 7th, 2024, so I am not associated with Branch/Nova any longer and haven't been for nearly a year now.

I doubt you'll hear anything from Kevin or Nova. Just my personal opinion. There are lots of other 3rd party launchers out there that you can use if you want, or simply keep using Nova.
