Update!
Started painting this the other day and slowly bringing back details that got lost under some areas. It’s going well.
It’s by far not done yet, need to go over and correct some parts.

I love documenting progress on longer projects like this. ☺️

Update to yesterday’s biro pen work.
I am thinking of taking this further like the last one I posted and go full mixed media on it. I was going to leave it alone but since I have this documented already it should be fine.

Just felt like posting my process on something I’m working on with pencil and biro ink. I’m not good on a camera to record things at the moment as I work in my sketchbook on a cut out slab of wood on my lap in bed.

Wanted to 100% show, yes there is a mini human behind the art work. 🤭

So I learned a lot painting my OC.
Used acrylic paint, alcohol markers, gel pens annnnd a biro. 😌

I also made removable hearts for nip covers that I can also move about for hair pins. The green tablet she is holding does have info but it’s removed to post up.

I can focus on making her ref sheet! 😊

Accidentally made a new sona over Halloween.

The green fox you’ve been seeing is still part of my characters world, in fact she is a key role in my work.
But in terms of sona she’s no longer matching what I want personally.
Shes developed a personality of her own over time. 😅

It shouldn't have taken this long to be honest.
I watched so many amazing artists there i had to painfully go through with a fine tooth comb and find the socials to ones that didn't have bluesky.

There is definitely some pondering going on behind them glasses.
She has this habit of curling her antennas like springs when in deep thought.

Her colours are more vibrant to match my own hair currently because I’m loving the green to teal combo.

Seems we are cooking together under this large uv lamp ~
The flat has become an ovan cos of the bakery below cooking stuff & the humidity in the air is rough. There is no draft & the fans are blowing warm air around...

I will become a meal item by tomorrow at this rate.

I spend more time in my sketchbooks than i do on my tablet.
Although I am in love with digital and its ability to ctrl+Z...I do prefer mixed media more and people can see my personal ink lines etc.

This is also ideal since I struggle to sit at my desk...
