I don't care who you are or how much money you have or don't have, losing your home to a fire, flood or other tragedy, including DV and child abuse, is devastating. Can we please just be kind without judgement?

Spent about 3 hours at the spa today. Nothing but self-care, tea, and meditative music. The unplug is a 10/10 for improving mental health. 💆‍♀️

I had a new-to-yoga student apologize after class because he is "behind" but will keep learning. I responded, "you are right where you need to be. We all started somewhere and we are ALL still learning". He responded, "much love". Made my day! 😊

This months theme in my classes is not about setting goals or adding more expectations to our plates in 2025. It's about doing the opposite - letting go... 🙏

In case you were wondering, it's really difficult to teach yoga with no voice 😆 Just over here recovering with my tea and honey.

I did 2 liberating things today. Chopped 8 inches off my hair and flipped off a cybertruck. Today was a good day. 😊

?: We ❤️ our small businesses until some are lucky enough to open multiple stores and grow into a large corporation. Now they are not "small" anymore so we shy away to support the other smalls. BUT staying a small biz is almost impossible to survive. So how big is too big for a small biz to grow? 🤔

Hot 🔥 yoga was the place to be this morning! Nothing like being in a room 97 degrees warmer than it is outside. 🧘‍♀️

How is it that it's too far to walk 4 blocks to a restaurant at home but go on vacation and walking 2 miles to a restaurant is "not that far?" 😅

Well, until I don't 😆

But seriously, the older I get, the less I find myself needing "things". I prefer experiences, kindness and human decency. If you can find a way to wrap that up with a bow on top, I will take it! 😊
