The secret is out. Fait la Force's Secrets of the Chateau is a damn fine french-style pilsner. Nashville's got it.

How many breweries have stuck around simply because they have owners with deep pockets and not quality beer? And does it matter?

Kicking off this thing with a recent flight from Swan Brewing in Lakeland, FL. (L to R) American IPA, Hefe, Pilsner, Boysenberry sour. The pilsner is a definite crusher, but without a big euro hop character. Highly recommended.
