Why would any organization (say, a country) focus on posting its "by-laws" (like the Old Testament 10 Commandments) when its spiritual founder focused on its "vision statement" (The Greatest Commandments): "Love the Lord your God with all your heart/soul/mind" and "Love your neighbor as yourself!"

In my work with B2B companies over the last two decades, I have seen and brought the power of an independent perspective in helping them identify and reduce what’s not working and focus on what is. The outside perspective is the key.

Can you imagine our country and economy being led by the execs behind Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza Hotel (both bankrupt), Trump University (fraud), Trump Airlines, Trump Vodka, Trump Mortgage (all failed), and Twitter (purchased for $44B, now valued ~$9B)?

I've seen the power of leadership (and non-leadership) in working with lots of B2B startups over the last 20 years.
Countries and companies are very different, but still both are human organizations where human leadership counts.
