Most federal crimes (other than murder) have a limit of 5 years, but this would fall under an exception for the Espionage Act. Apparently that statute of limitations is 10 years.

Section 19 of the Internal Security Act of 1950, 64 Stat. 1005, provides a ten-year limitations period for prosecutions under the espionage statutes, 18 U.S.C. Secs. 792 to 794.

Does anyone know if something happened to Dole, the fruit juice company? I can't seem to find many of their products at my local stores anymore... Specifically, their Pineapple Orange drink. It's like it disappeared from the earth entirely!
