The Alliance for Securing Democracy at the German Marshall Fund of the United States (@gmfus.bsky.social) is a nonpartisan, transatlantic initiative that aims to defend against and deter efforts to undermine democracy.

Russia, China, Iran, and other countries conduct information operations "not to change 250 million minds."

Rather, they try "to get that 1 or 2% that can create whatever outcome they're after."
