that initially make by use of clever punctuation r usually deleted within mins. This “anti-Christian task force” is LITERALLY weaponizing HALF of the 2nd amendment to override our 1st amendment right to monitor & control social media & censor free speech & this country is getting TERRIFYING now!

… is religious discrimination & the real clause violation… I REALLY hope I’m wrong, but judging by THE most blatantly reaching bad faith judicial statements I’ve evr heard, it’ll either be 4-4 or 5-3 in favor of crossing another constitutional line… but trump has the nerve 2 call them “radical left”

These are dark times Hank, dark times… if today’s oral arguments during the SC OK religious charter school case are a sign of things to come, I think we can expect the dismantlement of the Establishment Clause as it appears they’re about to reinterpret its meaning as NOT funding Christian schools

… desperately grasping at any straws they could think of to justify their ruling. If there was any ? whether SCOTUS was turning a corner they answered it today imo. I expect at best a 4-4 split & most likely a 5-3 ruling in favor of dismantling the establishment clause…hope u have a charter in OK

… trying to hide their agenda, I’ve never heard such bad faith arguments from a judge in my life. ACB recused herself… so best we can hope for is 4-4 split, kicking in back to states where it’ll empower other reps/religious schools to try. & if Roberts sides w them, the establishment clause is gone
