I agree with you you’ve said here and I think Game Pass has been good for bringing back “AA” games. Still though, MS is still going for $70 on games like Avowed. It’s better than “AA” but if they wanted to do better, they should have trended back towards $50 and also have the game for game pass.

Interesting that Hell Divers is coming to Xbox. I am holding out a little hope that their secret weapon is a subsidized “regular” version of the Ally for $399 to make some noise (while having the “X version” raised up to $999 to compensate) as a play.. but I don’t know if they can make good moves..

This one and Jrue were a little expected. The mega bomb trade will be Jalen Brown if it happens. Old ownership took a long time re-signing and new ownership doesn’t seem to want the higher tiers of luxury tax. A Brown move could potentially produce a major haul while taking a truly huge salary off

Kind of feels like these two companies should have found a way to work together. Sony is a big piece of gaming, but the model is passing them by somewhat. Nostalgia will likely carry them through like it does for Nintendo.

Not rooting hard for either even though I’m an Indiana guy. Most of the games being on cable have left me out of it. Still though, while I was good with OKC at first, I didn’t realize SGA had Harden vibes with the foul stuff. Just not used to that style of play winning anything I guess.

Pretty big beacon of light for Xbox .. big decision time for them too on how far to go in on Switch 2 now that they sort of have a direct competitor.

My guess is the partnership went better than expected. The first Ally X was nearly a finished product with a few rough edges .. they let ROG do the heavy lifting.

I would say now is the time to buy on the games as well. As I get older, I am more annoyed by stock outs and whatnot. Sack boy is difficult to find even on this sale.
