And yes the BBC should be doing better no doubt. But we must be mindful that there is also a campaign from right wing media outlets to maximise this, whilst at the same time those same outlets generally are more guilty of bias than the BBC. Hence why I think we need a wider debate on bias.

And unlike many other outlets, they have reluctantly taken the point and people have stepped down. How many times has for example Fox news presented something in such a way, get called out and someone resigns? Not many. Yes the BBC needs to do better. And it is not as bad as many others.
